Giuseppe Mastruzzo

Giuseppe Mastruzzo is the tenured academic in charge of administration and allocation of resources at the IUC. Prior to joining the IUC, he was Head of Studies and Research at Confservizi Lazio, the association of utilities and public-service companies in Rome, from 2003 to 2007.

Giuseppe, who holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kent at Canterbury, is Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Public Law and Policy. He regularly teaches at Lanzhou University and the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. He is also President and Education Officer of the Eating City research and advocacy programme.
