Eleonora Rajneri

Eleonora Rajneri is Professor of Private Law at the University of Eastern Piedmont and Visiting Professor at the University Paris-Dauphine, a member of  the Société de Législation Comparée (Paris) and an honorary member at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (London). Her recent research interests include the notion of a defective product in European national law courts, the legal implications of side effects caused by vaccines, and the corporate liability and the deterrence efficacy of the European system of sanctions in comparison with the US.
